About: Class Cooking is a non-degree recreational cooking school offering 2 or 4 hour classes during the day or evening to 4-13 students/class. Each class is self contained. The emphasis of Class Cooking is on learning and understanding techniques of cooking. Menu's have continued to evolve since 1986 incorporating more organic products and using less fat without sacrificing flavor. The goal of Class Cooking is to build an understanding of cooking techniques which will enable participants to increase their confidence and expand their cooking horizons. Recipes are broken down into small steps, many of which can be done in advance, to make cooking a satisfying and enjoyable experience.
