About: As a leader in culinary education in southeastern Wisconsin, MATC prepares graduates for careers in the restaurant, hotel and institutional food service industry. In addition to the associate degree program, a three-year apprenticeship program also accredited by the American Culinary Federation is offered. High school students who have successfully completed the two-year ProStart program receive advanced standing credit.
